I'm assuming you're talking about maxing correspondence courses (hours) about 400 hours = 80 points (max for e4). You just aren't understanding what atrrs is telling you. Some states are allowing you to bring your own device into g6 and get it registered on the system for this purpose.

Click on course catalog at the top of the list, at the right column there is s drop down menu, select atrrs dl points, then click search. You just aren't understanding what atrrs is telling you.
